      To work with people and see that they get improved care upon discharge

      Awful how the managers are very dishonest, distruthful, and embellish situations to have nurses fired.

      Pros

      The CASB building is downtown in an excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants and the farmer's market.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and the culture needs some improvement. I never once heard someone say that they actually liked their manager. Everything in the CASB building is so old including the computers and computer software. Everything needs to be completely redone from the bathrooms to the computers.
