      Pros

      Overall vision, executive leadership (with a few recent past exceptions), stability plus growth over the years, commitment to clinical excellence, plus expansion of educational endeavors and clinical training. CRMH possesses a proud tradition of excellence in medical and nursing care overall, with pockets of consistent and outstanding clinical care.

      Cons

      A sprawling middle to upper-middle management system with considerable redundancy. A middle management culture of bullying, harassment, blame and favoritism accepted and tolerated. Confidentiality a foreign and entirely misunderstood concept on the part of much of management and HR. Administration can at times value buzz words and concepts (such as an integrated EMR ~ Epic) above good old-fashioned vigilant care. Performance goals for management focused on production and through-put, and sometimes at odds with improvement in outcomes.

      Pros

      My fellow peers are excellent team members. They are always there to help you in anyway. I work in a rewarding unit.

      Cons

      The salary is not very high and the incentives are not the best. Management is not very involved. Overall, it is a good setting.
