CRMH possesses a proud tradition of excellence in medical and nursing care overall, with pockets of consistent and outstanding clinical care.
Cons
A sprawling middle to upper-middle management system with considerable redundancy. A middle management culture of bullying, harassment, blame and favoritism accepted and tolerated. Confidentiality a foreign and entirely misunderstood concept on the part of much of management and HR. Administration can at times value buzz words and concepts (such as an integrated EMR ~ Epic) above good old-fashioned vigilant care. Performance goals for management focused on production and through-put, and sometimes at odds with improvement in outcomes.
