      -Discounts -Pension -Flexible Spending Accounts, Daycare facilities on site, decent employee parking -Educational benefits, such as paid BLS, ACLS, as well as advanced courses

      Cons

      -Duplication, unclear expectations -Working environment devoid internal customer service -Clique environment -Overworked and underpaid (Making around 1500/month while living in Roanoke) -Overworked employees acting aggressive towards you for simply doing your job -Mass confusion and chaos on some units -Being told you will be assigned mandatory overtime a month after being hired -A monopoly in the Roanoke Valley

      The bigger hospital in the Roanoke Valley, more opportunities to see the better equipment and procedures.

      Cons

      Not open about base rates for salaries and other HR information. Seems sometimes that things are too "hush hush"....makes one wonder.
