Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Pottstown facility is a state-of-the-art manufacturer of high-quality cables for the aerospace industry. What attracted me to the company is their leadership in the aerospace industry and many of the prime customers they serve. I have been with Carlisle approaching two years and continue to be impressed with their commitment to their customers and their employees. The staff are industry experts that work with employees to help them grow and continuously improve for this specialized industry. We share a culture of safety, commitment to quality, learning, and achieving the next level as continuous improvement, and always keeping the customer in focus. Carlisle IT takes the time to develop and celebrate their employees, keeping things interesting with fun events. My experience here has been a positive one and consider myself fortunate to be part of this amazing team and continue my professional growth with the company. Also, there’s work to be done too, and Carlisle is always on the lookout for the right people to join the team and grow with us.
Cons
When you come on board there’s lots to learn, participation in training, a challenging environment, daily tier meetings, pressures of schedules and deadlines, lots of work to be done, and still plenty of room to share your ideas and make meaningful contributions. If you’re not used these, then this may not be the place for you. Carlisle needs shakers and movers.
