Pros

Interesting work if you like technical things, They offer great health insurance from day 1 Everything they tell you in interview, orientation and training sounds great but is all empty promises

Cons

Mandatory 6-7 days a week for the last 2 years, Management treats operators like dirt, People with Masters degrees that take entry level jobs to get in the door are passed over for promotions in order to give better jobs to family members, Regardless of how this company seems on the surface if you talk to 95% of the staff all they do is complain. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen in a company

Pros

Most of the comradery that exists between employees is about their resentment for poor management.

Cons

The DO has a dominant personality and isn't interested in listening to employees. The company management culture thrives in pointing out the failures of the employees. Management is under intense pressure to report KPI improvements. The pressure results in reports that hide true problems and metrics that don't help solve actual real world problems.

Pros

We used to have a lot of pros as a company. Then they took away flexible hours, half day Fridays, employee/family interaction. The only pro is that we still get paid for our jobs.

Cons

Where to being? We can’t stop the bleeding and are losing about 2 employees a week on average. We haven’t filled any of the open positions but we are expected to keep everything going as if we were fully staffed. There was been no immediate raises or incentives to stay and we have lost some of our best people. I have been with the company for over 10 years and morale is at an all time low. It’s borderline pathetic how far this company has fallen. But when it’s all said and done and the doors are locked and the building is for sale, maybe corporate will realize they could of done more for the employees in Pottstown.
