The company is not making money. Two quarterly bonuses in the last 2 years and both were low. The pay here is low too even though the economy is booming. Most key people have left or had their position eliminated. Instead of fixing problems management gangs up on the workers looking to blame them for their inferior product. 20 min lunch and one 10 min break is a joke. Unless your a smoker, then you can sneak out the back door every hour. At the end of every monthly meeting all the smokers go out to smoke while the rest have to get back to work. They used to have wage progression so lots of people are here who are making max rate just for not getting fired while the new people are lucky if their pay keeps up with inflation. Someone gets hurt on the job rather then train that person they put guards around everything. News flash, saws will cut you if your finger is not where it should be. Management has blinders on to bad behavior too. Drinks in the productions area, not using PPE, on your phone all day long texting, having headphones in while working, not following the manufacturing process, all happening here daily and openly.
