Strong top down emphasis on employee welfare and development. Ongoing efforts to train leaders to be better and on bettering the work experience for all employees.

Cons

Every organization, including Carlisle IT, has opportunities for improvement. We're working hard to hear the employee's voice and respond to their concerns.
