Fast paced - sort of a sink or swim environment.
Pros
There are some great people here. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience to be gained. Tons of parking. Profit sharing isn't huge but it is there once hired in. Somewhat flexible hours when needed, assuming there's no mandatory overtime.
Cons
Pay is below average. No formal training for quality positions, just learn and learn fast. Poor communication between management and quality or production. Some positions seem set up for failure and it can be nerve wracking wondering if blame will fall to you for things not being completed even when working 10 or 12 hour days. Too much work for too few people. There is always pressure to make on time delivery and that should be fine but sometimes corners seem to be cut and that shouldn't happen. (See above about blame falling on you.)
