Pros

Great fast growing company! Good bonus program and a lot of focus on keeping the employee happy. Great management that's always visible in the day to day operations. Always looking for ways to improve the business.

Cons

Lots of work hours when it's busy. Some may like the overtime some may not. Parking situation needs to be improved. Company has grown so fast they don't have enough parking for all of the employees.

 Top Performer, consistently #1 in sales for aerospace grade wire, cable, fiber, and connectors.  Sales accounting for half of the Carlisle distribution department in the range of $800k to $5M+ monthly.  Maintains high profile international accounts for the aerospace, commercial, and defense industry.  Helped aviation customer with design-in of Carlisle wire/cable, backshells, fiber, and connectors.  Expedited sourcing of components for AOG, line down, and other urgent customer requirements.  Handles large LTA pricing contracts for aerospace industry clients and distributors.  Worked with Carlisle factories to design products to customer drawings and specifications.

Cons

Not enough hours in a day to complete the work.

Great place to work, the people are really helpful and it's always a great thing when you can gets long with everybody

Cons

The salary is not the greatest, most employees are under paid, they should match the market value.
