Transparent and honest hiring process. Worked as a government contractor. Knowledgeable and caring management with an Employees first attitude and culture. Although many small company's say this, Carney actually represents that. Great company to work for with many opportunities for professional growth if you seek them out. They have alot of great things going on in The government contract space.
