Good people and company values, a lot of work and technical resources available, they allow you to have a say in the projects you work on, flexible/hybrid WFH schedule

Cons

The career development process limits how many score categories you can move up each year, you can be there for YEARS before getting promoted. You are also stuck at entry level until PE is obtained (which is a long process in CA). Pay is really low compared to competitors. A lot of turnover/bad retention.
