Business Outlook
Pros
Carollo focuses on the greater good of the employee. As an intern I felt welcomed by every individual in the company. I met the CEO in my first two weeks! I thought this was extremely irregular for a large company, in a good way. Almost weekly lunch and learns, Carollo would provide lunch with a chance to learn about something impacting our community and what we as individuals can do to improve said problem/issue. They understand life is more important than work in my opinion.
Cons
One specific project I was assigned to over the summer was mundane and the leadership was not quite as good as I anticipated. Though, the circumstances were not ideal, it still harbored a great environment for questions when available.
