Focus and passion directed exclusively toward water and collegial culture creates a great work environment. Commitment to technical leadership and innovation make it a challenging and exciting place to work.

Cons

If you are not interested in water, this is not the firm for you. Expectations are high in terms of quality and commitment.

I have been an employee of Carollo for 15+ years and have always felt like a valued employee. I enjoy coming to work everyday. I have always felt like I have been compensated fairly and provided competitive benefits. CEO is inspiring and challenges us to be our best.

Cons

Company is growing and seems as though management is working hard to keep ahead of the growing pains.
