Great company if you are an Engineer. They get accolades for EVERYTHING!

Cons

If you aren't an engineer you are a stepping stone for an engineers career. Typical engineering company attitude. If you aren't an engineer you aren't a human. Support staff works just as hard, or harder, than most of the engineers and we still get crapped on daily.

Pros

The people I work with are amazing - in terms of technical talent, management skills, caring for employees, and mentoring. I've been given a lot of responsibility and opportunities to grow, as well as a role in helping the company grow. I've also been given considerable support for my personal career goals.

Cons

1. Consulting is a tough grind and can be a difficult field in which to find a balance between work and everything else. 2. There are certain individuals within the firm that are not pleasant to work with, but I believe that they are outliers. 3. With great responsibility comes great expectations. The company has high expectations of its employees and meeting them can be draining. 4. The firm is in a growth phase, and that always includes a risk to the company culture and historical way of doing business. I have concerns about these issues and about the rapid rate of growth we are targeting.
