Great place for water engineers

Pros

Carollo has top talent for US municipal water, stormwater, and wastewater. I am surrounded by peers that I admire and learn from. The money is really good. Online training is excellent although most you have to do on your own time. Minimal travel. Great benefits.

Cons

Focus on billing rates and billability goals. Putting in extra hours without pay seems to be expected.

Availability of national experts, collaboration, peer-to-peer relationships, friendliness, employee engagement, core values, established career development path.

Cons

Not perfect, but who is? Carollo does a lot of things right, and when there is something awry, management usually is quick and efficient in addressing it.
