Interesting projects and industry leading resources

Cons

Work life balance is extremely poor. No personal time and expected to be on call and flexible all the time. In this day and age, offering no sick leave or paternity leave is an insult to employees. Overall health, mentality and retention would improve if they did. Burnout is very common. Toxic culture

Pros

Smart and great coworkers, exciting projects, and option to work from home during the pandemic

Cons

Poor upper management style (they would tag team and bully you if they feel threaten), no work/life balance, lack of mentorship and workload distribution during the COVID pandemic. With this, I'm not surprised there have been a lot of turnover recently.

Pros

Great variety of projects, great cultural diversity, great place to grow (for only a few folks), comp time benefits.

Cons

unfair compensation, lack of appreciation, no clear idea or roadmap set for professional growth of lower level employee, have to fight so hard to get noticed, favoritism, effort and hardwork doesn't get reflected in the compensation. Work/Life balance is a rat race!
