The work is not hard.

Cons

No annual review or increase in pay. I've asked several times and have proven my worth but all I got were promises and excuses.

Pros

Good corporate sales ideology. Non-toxic traits with regard to training and leadership theories.

Cons

The Cloverdale location has been failing for over seven years with regard to sales quotas, getting worse every year. The current GM has been there more than eight years and refuses to change or allow for change. The few managers that have been there the whole time (and part of the problem) are cliquey and ostrasize newcomers, especially those with experience who know there needs to be change.
