Enjoyed the network in the community and staff.

Cons

Corporate should become more aware of the employees and competition in the locations they own. They are clueless.

Pros

The company currently allows for a good amount of autonomy in our day-to-day decision making.

Cons

The new CEO (Carlos) has demoted all managing partners by one level in the company hierarchy, reduced potential incentive bonuses by about 15%, and took away the awards trip for all the managing partners who were promised it and who earned it. The new leadership does not value the efforts of the managing partners like the founder Mel Payne did. I'm sure it will get worse over the years under his leadership.
