Carlos, Steve and Kian are bringing fresh and new ideas that will transform the company. It will provide the “right people” with the ability to grow and learn new and innovative ways to execute the local vision of their business while providing world class support.

Cons

Not for everyone. If you can’t accept change, then this is not the place to be.
