      Pros

      If you are lucky enough to work with a good team, you will find a lot of company support and success.

      Cons

      There is a high expectation for performance - not a con but if you are not up to "being the best" you will find it hard to work here.

      Pros

      Staff level employees have good attitudes when they are left to do their work and aren't afraid of getting fired.

      Cons

      Management at corporate continues to push good people out the door at an alarming rate. There seems to be no rhyme or reason, and very little warning. They like to boast that they have a high performance culture but it's more of a hire/fire mentality. Tough to pinpoint where it's coming from, the CEO or the next tier down but it's very unsettling and causes low morale.

      the Pay was terrible. I had to stay in my parent's house .. couldnt move out..
