      The health benefits offered are good.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism. Management will gossip about mistakes you've made or things they don't like about you rather than having an upfront conversation with you. Management and HR lack transparency. HR is out of touch with the workforce.

      Coworkers were great, good work/life balance, workload was very reasonable

      Cons

      Very poor communication. Managing Partner plays favorites and treats everyone else poorly. The funeral homes and the cemetery are a revolving door of employees. Organization structure is flat. Every single person reports directly to the Managing Partner which is ridiculous. He is also extremely passive-aggressive. Benefits and pay are horrible.
