If you are lucky enough to work with a good team, you will find a lot of company support and success.

Cons

There is a high expectation for performance - not a con but if you are not up to "being the best" you will find it hard to work here.

Cons

Does not care about morale. Without the people working at the business, the business would not survive. Stock is manipulated by employee purchase program. Company is based on a book titled Good to Great. What a joke.

There is no support from Senior Management Standards are difficult to achieve... when facts are brought forth for reassessment such as change in consumer trends, changed in demographics, socio-economic changes to market the company is silent and is unmoved to engage further Community input as well as previous owners' input is not taken into account
