Plenty help from IT and when you called in to need, legal, sales or otherwise Kept their licenses up and helped

Cons

They do not listen to the location staff and gauge the communities or areas they are in its always if it works in the big cities it works everywhere else. DOSs where a dime a dozen and none of them offered anything to the table but to gripe and whine to the MPs about numbers. Upper management well if they decided to come down once a year or two off their heavenly cloud you can count yourself lucky. Treated as a number, they hire managers with little to no experience and it shows and who treated staff even worse.
