      Pros

      This company has an excellent home office policy, allowing flexibility to work remotely. The people on my team were great - supportive, collaborative, and made coming to work enjoyable. The benefits package is solid, covering healthcare, retirement, and other perks. For the past year, I had an exceptional manager who was invested in my growth and success. Salary was competitive compared to similar roles in the industry. The open office environment fostered a nice atmosphere and sense of community.

      Cons

      While my experience was generally positive, a lot seems to depend on which team you're placed on. In my case, the workload became excessive with no assistance from management when people inevitably left or transitioned roles. Despite repeated requests for external professional training courses (even with a promise they would be provided), this critical development opportunity never materialized for our team. Work-life balance suffered as a result of the unsustainable workload coupled with lack of sufficient headcount and training resources. Overall, there are some great pros in terms of workplace flexibility, pay, culture and immediate coworker caliber. However, the cons around lack of investment in training, failure to backfill roles, and untenable workloads prevented this from being an exceptional experience. Your mileage may vary based on which department and manager you end up with.
