Pros

You will get a check.

Cons

Long hours 6-7 day work week Disrespectful supervisors HR is never in the office to answer questions Union only help who they know and are friends with. Upper management is only there to flirt with staff Need entire new crew of fresh faces throughout the entire plant.

Pros

Diverse area of work. You will support several global areas.

Cons

They have no problem messing with pay and bonuses. Bonuses get reduced and withheld all the time without explanation. They like to talk a lot about ethics and open door policies but it is not true. There diversity and inclusion programs seem specifically set up to divide and elevate groups based on race and sexual orientation, it is just discrimination and racism in disguise.

Pros

Salary & benefits and vacation is only factors to choose company.

Cons

Working culture is bad. Not an engineering company but glorified shop floor where people talk about running show without any engineering knowledge and experience. No value to your opinion and feedback often biased towards other races ( It’s my way or no way). Diversity and Inclusion is joke where no inclusion of your opinion and you in meeting. Huge disconnect with top level management vision and middle level management thinking. HR is non-existent and don’t care about people’s feelings and never try to address their concerns. Some of Associate directors and directors of technology barely have product knowledge and merely present their due to internal politics and relationships with their immediate peers. Claims to be schedule driven but not quality or customer focus. Working level individuals had to spend time to address customer concerns with a little appreciation from management. Lacks strategy and vision to improve business. Spin-off from UTC haven’t done much good to carrier. Overall all working staff concerns and issues are benign to senior level management.
