The product is very valuable to companies and communities. it was comforting to know that we were providing such a valuable service.
Cons
Upper management does not communicate well at all. There is also a lack of communication between departments. It would seem that upper management encouraged this creating a competitive environment that is not conducive to providing successful customer service.
