      Pros

      Employee scholar program is good and big parent company.

      Cons

      Lower level employees are treated like thieves by managers Managers always behind closed doors and difficult to access Can be laid off anytime. I am sure all lower level employees are scared of losing their job overnight. Company with majority of old people who don't wanna retire

      I like the company i work for its a learning experience learn something everyday and the pay is good plus if i go to school i can earn more money but the only down fall is im a contractor its for two years and there is no guarantee i will be hired

      Good Salary, Quality Products,UTC is a solid organization.

      Cons

      Can be singled out by supervisors for personal reasons and office politics. Managers out for themselves and if you get in their way will make your life miserable. HR is not there for the employee and is more concerned with preventing labor board complaints and downsizing US operations.
