      Pros

      None that I can think of because they are so dysfunctional. If you enjoy lots of stress & aggravation then by all means come work here.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, No Training. Extra long hours no recognition. Employees that have no knowledge of trade. Back stabbing management. Lack of leadership from management has created a toxic environment which the employees all take advantage of. No chain of command. Hiring here is based on who you know & not what you know. There are people working here that have absolutely no knowledge of this industry.

      It was a pay check but not a stress free environment. They did promote highly to continue your education.

      Cons

      The requirement to take four ethics courses every year just because their higher management made bad ethical decisions.

      After two bad quarters company is run by a finance guy will cut people & cost quickly and many times two deep of cuts.
