Automated Logic offers a great product, Carrier backing and emphasis on corporate ethics. Decent work life balance and stable corporate backing.
Cons
There is too much change and too many reorganizations recently. United Technologies has purchased this company and what used to be a pragmatic, fun and get things done environment has be come a fall in line, don't take chances and do as you are told corporate entity. The back office and field organisations are a mess with a large turnover % and people trying their best to figure things out without a lot of training, standards or transition planning.
