      Pros

      If you are in a revenue producing department you get better bonuses and opportunities and perks.

      Cons

      If you are not in a revenue producing department forget about traveling, reimbursement for mileage, or any kind of professional development including professional memberships.

      Pros

      Easy job, parties, employee trips and flexibility

      Cons

      Low pay, no advancement to full time, manager routinely missing, automating process to phase out hourly employees. Boy do these people love meetings even if there is nothing new to say they have a weekly meeting to cover nothing that last for at least and hour. The ACE program is a joke, they love the Toyota way with out really doing it.

      Pros

      Vested in continuing education, pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Middle management is not professional, not productive. Emphasis is not put on the fact that the hourly workforce makes or breaks a business. Management does a lot of talking to and about the hourly but it's basically just condescending.
