      Chubb Edwards has a lot of employees that have been with the company for more than 20 years. There is a lot of brand loyalty and passion for the business

      Cons

      It is hard to change/improve internal processes because people are used to do things in their own way. It is hard to change the culture of 'that is the way we do it here'

      Many structural changes and limited grow to other level of thw company. A lot of good ideas, but not many of them have a big impact on the buttom line.
