      Pros

      Car. Pension. Scholarship programme. That's about it. A very depressing company to work for. Need twenty words tin this section to submit.

      Cons

      Terrible blame culture. Top heavy structure. Crippling work load due to never replacing leavers. Very old fashion company. Over promising to customer's with a work force who can't cope. When I left morale was extremely low. Impossible targets and toothless hr. The company's size means they are unable to react to the market, either that all the multitude of managerial levels leads to ineffective operation.
