Pros

Excellent local staff. Shared goals and objectives. Strong focus on growth and high demands on staff and targets. Solid market reputation.

Cons

Large corporate structure. Multiple steps for approval. Centralized decision making with limited allowance for creativity in the regional offices. Solid but arduous steps for processing paperwork .

Worst company I've ever worked for

Pros

Can't think of anything good to say about this company at all.

Cons

Pay their engineers commission. This enables untold deductions to be taken from wages with no explanation at all. When you query this you never get an answer. Ridiculously priced jobs. For example 3 hr emergency light discharge tests for which you earn £5. Used to be good but over the last 2 years wages have dropped by 25% but workload has increased. I'm lucky that I've escaped after 10+ years but I would never recommend anyone ever use or work for this company. They like to tell everyone they are ethical but this only works 1 way with no ethics whatsoever from the company to the employees. All in all a joke of a company.

Pros

Code of Ethics in place Stable working hours

Cons

Mangement are very had to approach and there is a lack of communication across the company. Employee survey show that call centre are not happy, mangement seem to not care enough to listen to what staff want. Call centre is very understaffed Some staff need to be preformance managed as clearly they are not doing enough work while others do more than their share
