      Pros

      Work hours are 8-4. No mandatory overtime. Minimal supervision is required. Meet different customers everyday. Company vehicle supplied. Vacation time is flexible

      Cons

      A lot of changes since Chubb took over with centralization being their biggest concern. We have lost a lot of customers due to the fact of only wanting bigger sized contracts. Going electronic has caused a lot of grief for existing customers as the Mississauga office now bills the customer and not the branch in other areas. Supply chain has been centralized out of Mississauga and there are lengthy delays now.

      Pros

      I worked at a company called carrier international. A private business company that involved construction MEP. I worked as an administrator. The experience was good. Something very different from what i would choose to do.

      Cons

      Working at carrier international had its cons. Mainly because many women personally dont like construction business as their job. Be it an accountant or an administrator. I would like to go for somehing i m good at. Where my practical/hand work is appreciated .

      NIce people in the office and out on the road

      Cons

      Serious lack of invstment by management team in people. American owned so all about the dollar at the expense of everything and everyone. Long hours ecpected for no reward. If you want a company that will get you through to retirement and you are not fussy about career prospects and dont have a social life then this company will be OK for you otherwise stay well clear
