      Company QMS (ACE Carier USA) and TPM is well organized and very effective. Lean manufacturing practices are regularly audited ,upgraded and improved. Multi nationality management staff is effective.

      Production volume too high. workers obliged ti work in O.T basis

      Good place to work, good work balance, good salaries, good quality of the products, nice facilities, enough training and scholarship program.
