      Pros

      Pay is relatively ok comparison to market rates. But what you agree at the beginning stays with you almost forever. Good company benefits like education incentives. If you want to do a degree or master's join the company because it is fully paid including books with no return expected. I had friends who joined the company only for this purpose and left when they finished their degrees. Pension,health,car park are the other perks.

      Cons

      It is almost impossible to pursue your career in this company. It is hard to be part of the big boys club. Females at management level is almost none. For a junior or less skill required position ideal place to learn and work. But if you want to move in your career not recommended.

      Pros

      Chubb Asia Pacific Zone IT has a matured process and procedure compared to all other insurance company in Singapore. The few famous one is its SIT regression automation process, release management process, production deployment process, help desk escalation and SLA process, architectural board process.

      Cons

      Chubb Asia Pacific Zone IT lack of a strong top management as well as too much political things happening. So most of the time, applications are being build from IT driven instead of Business driven in which lots of applications are being built and sit there as a white elephant. Because of that, the changing of top management (especially the delivery team management) become more and more frequent in which the process is directly or indirectly affecting the morale of the employees. The voices of ground employees are not being heard as well.
