      Pros

      -CG takes the happiness of their employees extremely seriously and has invested a huge amount of time and energy into its people and culture. -There is a genuine sense of unification and solidarity across the company which has all the benefits of a start up but with the backing of a global parent company - Cox Automotive. -There are ample training and development opportunities across all departments. -The senior leadership team continually strive to promote an open communication model across the company and all members of the SLT are easily accessible to the rest of the company

      Cons

      -No additional maternity leave benefits -Still a relatively young company and as such CarsGuide is still finding its feet on some things

      A collaborative environment - I've learnt a lot from the people I've worked with. The culture is fun, and the people are great! Open and transparent communication from leadership.

      Cons

      The office space hasn't kept up with recent growth.

      Pros

      I really enjoy being part of a team where everyone pulls their weight and adds value. The team is really smart and knows their own piece of the business and collaborates really well. The culture is one where we work hard and also enjoy ourselves too. There's a culture club which organises events and keeps us engaged across departments beyond our daily roles. I also love that we're eager in the market and love to win.

      Cons

      As a smaller company we haven't had some of the benefits of a larger company, but since we joined the Cox Automotive family of companies last year we're going to be getting many of those "bigger company" benefits while also keeping our tight-knit team and our fun and feisty culture.
