      Pros

      Great place to work! Lots of transparency, lots of fun, lots of opportunity and lots of autonomy. The work is actually fun and I enjoy coming to work everyday. People are very friendly and open minded and are always willing to listen to new ideas. With recent changes of being as part of the Cox Automotive family, I am very excited for the future ahead. There are many new and exciting projects that people can get involved.

      None that I can think of yet! It's been fantastic so far.

      Pros

      I have worked for CarsGuide.com.au for over 5 years and just as I have grown so has the company. It has been and continues to be a great pleasure to work for such a dynamic, agile company. I have had great career progression and have always felt a sense of purpose in my work. The company has gone through many changes but all have been handled with great leadership and with transparency to its employees. I could not recommend an employer more.

      I don't have any con's, its a really great place to work. If you work hard and give 100% you will always succeeded.

      Pros

      This company is all about it's culture! They strongly promote a great culture and this can be seen on a day to day basis. Fun activities means that people from different departments who may not interact for work, are friendly and happy to have lunch together. From a work point of view, there is lots of room to grow and experiment. CarsGuide is a tech company that wants to push boundaries and they let their staff do that. The senior leadership team does a great job at keeping the whole business up to date with whats happening in each department, so you always feel apart of everything and connected. The office is also in a great location in Surry Hills.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to include interstaters in fun events, which I think can make them feel a little alienated from the Sydney office.
