      Pros

      The work-life balance is not bad - just be prepared for slow days and very busy days. Peers here are also friendly. All the benefits are great except for medical insurance.

      Cons

      Pay is low / no more bonuses. Turnover rate is high. Promotions are not always given for those who work hard and take on special projects.

      -Many good people to work with -Pretty relaxed culture, jeans any day of the week. Company holds fun and meaningful charity events. -New building and state of the art facility -Benefits are good. 100% match of 401k

      Cons

      -Huge amount of favoritism and entitlement -Company has great values, however they do not live by them, they are simply words on a wall. -Senior leadership team feels they need to make ALL the decisions and do not empower their teams, which is a morale killer. -Company is horrible at looking into the future for planning/forecasting. Always less than 1 year out view. Constantly changes direction/decisions at last minute for huge changes, when lots of money, people, effort and time have already went into previous decisions. -HR is very soft and will not stand up to upper management, which ties into why there's so much favoritism and entitlement. -You do not receive a bonus, unless your Director and above.
