Pros

This is store dependent, but you will work with a good staff of people. Discount is pretty decent. Workload isn’t terrible.

Cons

The pay is awful for the level of responsibility you have! Don’t rely on the flexible scheduling that they love to talk about because it’s a lie. They want you to have fully open availability in part time sales associate and management roles and the flexibility is lacking. DMs and SMs will partner against employees and demote them due to “company realignment” with no real reasoning. They continue to harp on the store credit card even though there are truly no good benefits to having the card, plus the interest rate is through the roof!
