      good work environment. good office location. some really great people. offers experience that looks good on resume.

      Cons

      upper management is lacking in communication/transparency. pay is not adequate compared to the amount of work for most positions. employees concerns are not valued, employees themselves are not valued, management only worried about business. issues with culture. lower/entry level employees are treated poorly. favoritism is an issue. high employee turnover. no room for growth especially with COVID

      Benefits, friendly coworkers, free parking, gym in building, new building.

      Cons

      HR is creating a toxic work environment - and they run the place; depending on your department, management can be terrible and don't count on HR to help out much with that - they're too busy forcing you to celebrate for the camera (they're always filming "happy" employees) and forcing the attendance of that god-forsaken Development Day and any other event they dream up during the year - NOTHING is voluntary. Dealing with them was 1,000 times more stressful than my actual job.
