Pros

Because of the "kid friendly" work environment, employees are carefully chosen and properly screened. There is room for advancement. Pay was competitive for management, however not so much for employees.

Cons

There were technical issues daily which caused inefficiencies with basic business routines (scheduling, point of sales, pricing accuracy, inventory management). It appeared as though a lot of quick fixes were being made, instead of dishing out money for up to date programs and equipment. The company claims to invest in its people, however, inadequate training of managers proves otherwise.

Pros

I only came here for a higher position and have hated it since! 401k matching but it's honestly not worth it bc everyone does that!

Cons

The workload is unreal! Understaffed, under payed, no payroll hours and lots of work to be done.
