The bunch was full of bad apples. Employees with no leadership skills were placed in leadership roles. Employees were shown no real appreciation. Leadership observed unprofessional behavior, but failed to correct it. Employees were allowed to throw tantrums without consequence. Employees sabotaged the growth of others. Employees did not manage time properly, leading to unnecessary in-person Friday meetings. Employees would often take samples without communicating making presentation set-ups difficult. Employees that were not blonde were not preferred by leadership Employees did not respect others’ time and were consistently tardy to meetings. Carter’s is truly a baby company, because it’s run by toddlers.
