Pros

Fun environment Good coworkers Decent benefits and 401K contribution

Cons

Absolutely terrible upper management (DM and RVP) Your success will ONLY be measured based on how many credit cards you get, even if you’re excelling in other metrics Don’t plan on ever getting a raise unless you are literally top of the company. Even a cost of living one. And when you are given a raise don’t expect it to be much at all. Please don’t ever let the minuscule “rewards” or “bonuses” or any other “amazing” thing that you see posted on LinkedIn in give you false hope that this place will do anything other than absolutely destroy your mental health.
