Even a cost of living one. And when you are given a raise don’t expect it to be much at all. Please don’t ever let the minuscule “rewards” or “bonuses” or any other “amazing” thing that you see posted on LinkedIn in give you false hope that this place will do anything other than absolutely destroy your mental health.
