      Great product, most staff members were very friendly and genuine.

      Not a real sense of teamwork, corporate not concerned with employee needs, not a lot of consistency, lots of complacency.

      Clothes are cute, fellow employees are great, good employee discount

      Cons

      No support from head office, rude and bullying upper management, threats made when anyone from head office doesn't like what you do. Old fashioned company, need to update

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Employee discount. Ok benefits.

      Cons

      Management is poor and not very transparent. HR seems to only apply policies which are favorable to their group and promote themselves into new roles. Upward mobility is non existent. Culture has severely gone down hill since the parent company took over.
