      Pros

      Great product customers love to buy with a well know trusted brand name at a affordable price. Staff at store level are great to work with. In most cases family oriented feel.

      Cons

      Very heavy workloads with little pay, No work life balance. No support from Head office. Many HR issues go unresolved. Company has a just do it attitude. Little to no communication or explanation of expectations from Director and up.

      The customers like the clothes.

      Cons

      Not a happy environment. The staff are too gossipy about people in the store. They think they are better than everybody. Did not like working with these women. Will not hire high school students. When asked why they say "For obvious reasons." I still don't understand what is "obvious" except they clearly have ageism issues.
