Good for a stable job, but little to no career advancement
Pros
Vacation time is the best I've ever had - 5 weeks right away. Extremely flexible work environment - if you need to leave early, or come in late or work from home for whatever reason that is accepted and no one gives you a hard time. Most people are nice, senior leadership communicates pretty openly.
Cons
They seem to take pride in the fact that they rarely ever promote people. Most people have been in their same roles for 5+ years. The way they do semi-annual reviews encourages mediocre performance. If you just want a job, it's a good company to work for. But don't come here if you are looking to get ahead or advance . Even if you are a good performer you will be made to feel average and it will seem like climbing Everest to get to the next level.
