Not a great place to work.

Pros

If you are a slacker, then you'll probably get paid for a while with minimal effort. At least, until they have a layoff. they usually have 1 or 2 a year, if not more.

Cons

Good compensation, career path, since of accomplishment.... None of these exist at Cartera.
