I came to Cartera not knowing exactly what I wanted in a company at the time. I soon realized that it's always what I want with anything in life, to be around fun, hard working, sincere ... real people. Cartera has them in abundance and it starts at the top with the CEO and the management team down through the interns. They have made a really strong push over the last few years to improve their product offerings, the internal processes and consistently make efforts to enrich the lives of the employees both professionally and personally. Whatever they are now relative to anything else in the industry, I only witnessed things improve over my few years there. If you appreciate a company that values people, this is a great place to be.
